Position Summary

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for processing financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, etc.) within the Covarity software system. This will involve checking the results of the systems processing against the original statements, and making adjustments and reprocessing where required.

The candidate will also be required to provide more complex customer support via phone and email, to troubleshoot the situation at hand, to update system user documentation, as required. Some client communications will be in French.

The Candidate must be available to work from 1:00PM to 9:00PM, Monday through Friday. On occasion, the candidate may be asked to work a different shift to support the needs of the business.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Actively participates in meetings and training sessions and provides suggestions for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • College diploma required, preferably in the field involving work with financial statements, such as accounting, or business administration.
  • College certificate in accounting is also acceptable.
  • Must be comfortable using computers, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent French language ability required.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required.
  • Customer Service experience required.
